The program is designed for intermediate to advanced acrobats.<\/p>

Each training block offers different class options (Intermediate, Intermediate+, Advanced, Icarian), allowing participants to choose based on their level and focus.<\/p>

This gives you both structure and flexibility \u2014 so you can train efficiently while still following your own process.<\/p>

Each week has its own progression, while the full program allows for deeper development over time.
