Jules is a handbalancer and handstand teacher at heart, both in Germany and around the world. Over the past 10 years, she has specialized in combining softness and strength by integrating functional movement, flexibility, Pilates, and various other movement practices into the art of handbalancing. She continuously educates herself on rehabilitation science and on creating sustainable training environments and education.

After 11 years of artistic gymnastics and 5 years of professional circus education at Flic Scuola di Circo (Turin) and DOCH/SKH (Stockholm), Tony now works as a professional circus artist, hand balancer, and acrobat. He performs with companies like Fabbrica C, Circus Cirkör, Right Way Down, and Bulldogs Duo, and teaches internationally.

Handstand Track – Build Strong Foundations & Expand Your Practice
This handstand track offers a structured and immersive approach to developing a strong, versatile, and sustainable handstand practice.
Throughout the week, the focus lies on refining alignment, improving control, and building a solid technical base that allows you to progress safely into more complex shapes and skills. From fundamental positions to advanced variations, you will explore how efficient technique and clear structure lead to better balance and long-term progress.
The program combines strength, flexibility, conditioning, and skill work to support your development from multiple angles. Alongside technical training, you will gain insight into effective training methods, helping you understand how to approach your own practice beyond the event.
Whether your goal is to clean up your basics, work toward one-arm balance, or expand your movement vocabulary, this track provides the tools, structure, and guidance to take your handstand to the next level.
Pre-Requisites:
– 30 sec free-standing handstand
– 1 min chest-to-wall handstand

Strong Foundations & Progressive One Arm Work
This handstand track with Jules focuses on building strong, reliable fundamentals while progressing towards one arm balance.
You’ll work on alignment, consistent presses, and a variety of shapes like figa, flags, and hollowback, alongside entries, sequences, and the use of props.
Flexibility, conditioning, and prehab/rehab are integrated to increase range of motion and build resilience.
The goal is a clear, structured approach that supports long-term progress and higher-level handstand work.

Clear Method & Strong Handstand Foundations
This 5-day program focuses on a clear training method and a deeper understanding of what builds a strong, versatile handstand.
The work is guided by key principles: balance comes from precise shapes, strong basics enable advanced skills, and clean lines improve efficiency and control.
You’ll cover two-arm fundamentals, press work, shoulder control, and progressive one-arm basics, alongside shapes like flags, torsions, and figa. Conditioning and injury prevention are integrated throughout.
The goal is to refine technique, build awareness, and expand your handstand vocabulary through a structured, methodical approach.
