Handstand Track – Build Strong Foundations & Expand Your Practice
This handstand track offers a structured and immersive approach to developing a strong, versatile, and sustainable handstand practice.
Throughout the week, the focus lies on refining alignment, improving control, and building a solid technical base that allows you to progress safely into more complex shapes and skills. From fundamental positions to advanced variations, you will explore how efficient technique and clear structure lead to better balance and long-term progress.
The program combines strength, flexibility, conditioning, and skill work to support your development from multiple angles. Alongside technical training, you will gain insight into effective training methods, helping you understand how to approach your own practice beyond the event.
