Caffeine and protein are loaded — time for training.

Exhausted, you walk out of the gym and find a buffet by Paul.
Fresh, simple, and nutritious — exactly what you need for the afternoon.
And of course, the Airtime Café is ready for another coffee.

Classes end.
Some continue with free training, others start stretching, or just lie down and rest, till the guided stretching with legendary music starts.

After the training day, you recover like a professional. Go to the sauna, eat everything you can find, go home and pass out
Social Plans,
Alongside training, there are a few simple traditions throughout the week:
- Monday – Drinks in the tent
- Tuesday – Easy evening / recovery
- Wednesday – Pizza in the tent
- Thursday – Sauna meet-up
- Friday – Dinner & drinks at a nearby restaurant
Nothing is mandatory — but these moments make it easy to connect, unwind, and spend time together outside of training.

Once you join Airtime, you get access to the members area.
This is where participants start connecting before the program begins — organizing travel, finding housing, and getting in touch with others.
You can use it to:
- Coordinate travel
- Find housing or roommates
- Connect with other participants
- Plan activities outside of training
Stay Connected
There is also a WhatsApp group for each week.
It’s used for quick communication, last-minute plans, and staying in touch during the program.
Many participants already connect in advance, so you often arrive knowing a few people.
Airtime Cafe
During Airtime, we build a small café space inside the gym.
With a high-quality espresso machine (Siebträger) and run by Jordis, you’ll get:
- Specialty coffee (zwoo coffee)
- Croissants
- Occasionally cake and snacks
All at fair prices, directly at the training space.

Housing Options
There are many easy and flexible housing options around Airtime.
Most participants stay nearby and often coordinate together — making it simple to find a place and connect before the program starts.
You can use the members area or WhatsApp group to:
- Share apartments or Airbnb options
- Find roommates
- Coordinate living arrangements
Most options are well connected by public transport.
Airtime Group House
For each week, there is a shared Airtime House — a simple and affordable option to stay together with other participants.
If you’d like to stay there, you can book your bed separately below.

The house is only available if enough people book it. Deadline is the early bird date.
